Q1. Who can join the Charity Run?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a beginner, family, student or experienced runner, there's a category for you.
Q2. What's included in the Race Pack?
Every participant will receive an official Race Pack based on their registered category.
- 3KM Fun Run (Free): Official Event T-shirt, Finisher Medal, Digital Certificate, and Goodie Bag.
- 5KM Community Run (RM45): Official Event T-shirt, Finisher Medal, Digital Certificate, and Goodie Bag.
- 10KM Challenge Run (RM75): Official Event T-shirt, Finisher Medal, Digital Certificate, Timing Chip, and Goodie Bag.
Finisher Medals and Digital Certificates will only be awarded to participants who successfully complete the race within the official cut-off time.
Q3. Can I collect my Race Pack on event day?
No. Race Pack collection must be completed during the official collection period announced by the organiser.
Q4. Is there a cut-off time?
Yes. Each category has its own cut-off time. Please refer to the Event Details before race day.
Q5. Are registration fees tax deductible?
Yes. All Charity Run registration fees are eligible for tax deduction under LHDN Subsection 44(6), Income Tax Act 1967 (ACP).
An official tax-deductible receipt will be issued by Gary Chua Foundation for tax filing purposes.
Q6. Where can I park?
Public parking is available around Dataran Kemerdekaan Shah Alam. Please arrive early to avoid congestion.
